The HRA Business Investment Expo & Conference will unite government leaders and health industry leaders from the Caribbean and South America, to discuss investment opportunities. Don Lloyd Williams, CEO of Princeton Healthcare, will be a guest speaker on the topic of ” Investment Opportunities in Medical Tourism.

Princeton Healthcare is scheduled to participate in the 8th World Medical Tourism Congress, which will take place on September 28-30th in Orlando, Florida.

THE WCMT Conference will bring together both g top government and health industry leaders from around the world, who are actively operating and developing hospitals, laboratories, ambulatory centers and medical tourism resort and facilities. Don Lloyd Williams, CEO of Princeton Healthcare, will be a guest speaker discussing ” How to Develop and Finance Global Healthcare Projects”.

Princeton Healthcare Inc., will be awarded the prestigious 2010 International Business of the Year Award, by the Georgia Minority Business Awards Program, at the upcoming Awards Dinner scheduled for mid February. This award is based on PHI’s recent accomplishments in the international marketplace. The Awards Dinner and Program, will take place in Atlanta during February, 2010, at the Georgia International Convention Center. Mr. Don Williams, President & CEO, will be accepting the award, on behalf of the company.

Princeton Healthcare recently served as Chief Advisor, to the Owners of the Hospital Ana Costa Health System, and successfully orchestrated the $50,000,000 sales, merger and acquisition of this hospital system and HMO to a group of Investors based in out of the USA. The project was finalized in January 2010, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Don Lloyd Williams, President and CEO of PHI was a Guest Speaker, and presenter at the 2nd Annual Conference, The World Medical Tourism and Global Health Congress, which was held in Los Angeles, California on October 27-29. Mr. Williams presentation topic. “ The Importance of Investments and Hospital Financing in a Challenging Market”, focused on funding and investment initiatives in India, and other key markets.

Don Lloyd Williams, President and CEO of PHI was a Guest Speaker, and presenter on the topic of “Financing for the Healthcare Industry”. The presentation was held at the India Healthcare Conference, on March 27-29, 2009. This 2 day International Conference was entitled “ Indian Healthcare Industry – The Way Forward”. The conference was held in collaboration with the Medical Fair India Conference 2009, and was held at the Pragati Madian, in New Delhi, India.

Princeton Healthcare Inc., (PHI) was featured in the Export America Magazine in an article entitled “Trade & Technology Puts Better Healthcare at Door of West Africa”.

PHI was a recent recipient of the prestigious Export Achievement Award awarded by the US Department of Commerce for Recent Accomplishments in the Global Marketplace.

A member of PHI’s Executive Team was recently appointed as Board Councilor to Former President Jimmy Carter’s Carter Center based in Atlanta, GA – USA.

A member of PHI’s Executive Team serves in the capacity of Vice Chairman for an International Advisory Group for Small Business within the US Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration based in Washington, DC.

PHI signed a contract with the Federation of Brazilian Hospitals, a major hospital association in Brazil. In this capacity, PHI will provide consulting services in the areas of advanced medical technology, information technology, and financing. PHI will also service in the role as Hospital Consultant and as Procurement Agent for member hospitals needing these services.
